Teaching aims:
1. To train students’ ability of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
2. Make sure the students can master how to agree or disagree with other people, revise some useful expressions. Encourage Ss use English as much as possible.
3. Master the grammar:
1) review the passive voice(the present indefinite, the past indefinite and the present continuous tense)
2) learn the passive voice & the active voice (the Future Indefinite Tense). Make sure the Ss can change the passive voice into the active voice freely.
4. To learn some new words and expressions.

Step 1 lead-in
Ask a student to draw a picture on the blackboard, and then ask tow or three Ss Qs:
What do you think about his drawing?
Do you agree with what he said?
Step 2: presentation
I: When you talk with others or discuss something you would express your opinion. You would show agreement or disagreement. Now listen to the tape and answer this question:
Q: What are they talking about?
II: Learn the new words and listen to the dialogue once again, try to answer questions:
Q1: What did A think about the film? Does he like that film? Why?
Q2: How did B feel about the film? Dose he like it? Why?
III: Pair work : Ask the Ss to read the dialogue in pairs & then point out their difficulty and discuss them with the whole class.

Give the Ss enough time to make a similar dialogue by using the above useful expressions. Now it’s a good chance to introduce more items which are often used when people agree or disagree with other people..
1) How to agree strongly with an opinion.
I can’t agree more! / Absolutely!
I’m with you on that / That’s just what I was thinking.
That’s exactly what I think / my opinion.
2) How to half agree with an opinion
Yes, perhaps.
Well, yes.
Mmm, possibly.
I guess you could be right.
3) How to disagree politely with an opinion
I am not so sure /certain.
Do you think so?
Well, it depends
4) How to disagree strongly with an opinion.
I disagree.
I’m afraid I don’t agree.
I’m afraid you are wrong.

Brief Summary:
Pay attention to the above useful expressions about showing agreement and disagreement. Try to make dialogues by yourselves.
